(1) Equipment Configuration
①The typical basic process includes a dough mixer, aging conveyor, combination machine and rolling machine, which can be added to or reduced as needed.
②The dried noodle production line configuration includes the addition of a winder. Additionally, a noodle transfer device, a drying room, and a noodle cutting machine may also be added.
③The dough mixer can be selected based on its capacity.
④The number of rolling machine sections can vary from 2 to 8 stages depending on the customer's needs, and the size of the rolling machines can also vary.
⑤Vacuum kneading machines are available depending on customer requirements and needs (consultation required).
(2) Automation
Basic rolling processes for making noodle sheets are equipped with sensors, and noodle cutting is also automated, allowing for convenient production of noodles.
(3) Usability
The speed of each machine process can be adjusted. Additionally, the thickness of the noodle sheets can be controlled for each rolling machine.
(4) Hygienic
Important parts of the machine are made of stainless steel, including the rolling rollers, exterior covers, and support rods.
Additionally, the scraper is made of brass. Parts where hygiene is crucial are not made of iron.
