②The overall scale and cost of instant noodle production equipment vary significantly depending on the desired production capacity. Factors such as the capacity of the dough mixer, the number of rolling machines, and other equipment components also play a crucial role.

Basic rolling processes for making noodle sheets are equipped with sensors, and noodle cutting is also automated, allowing for convenient production of noodles.

The speed of each machine process can be adjusted. Additionally, the thickness of the noodle sheets can be controlled for each rolling machine.

(4) Hygienic
Important parts of the machine are made of stainless steel, including the rolling rollers, exterior covers, and support rods.
Additionally, the scraper is made of brass. Parts where hygiene is crucial are not made of iron.
